Course after course of beautiful and delicious food are set before you. You go to sleep with the aromas of the meal still lingering and the kitchen sparkling clean. And you didn't have to lift a finger

I am a private chef based in Hudson, NY. I curate at-home dining events in Hudson and the surrounding areas, creating memorable experiences for all of my clients and their guests. I take pride in serving organic, ethically-sourced and, above all, delicious meals

I developed my professional culinary skills working in restaurants, including the James Beard nominated Cafe Mutton in Hudson, NY and the Michelin-starred Tail Up Goat, in Washington, DC

I've also worked on an organic produce farm in Vermont, where I learned about organic, regenerative farming practices and deepened my understanding of healthy food systems

I am driven by my love of food and community, as well as a constant desire to create
