Everyone really loved the food and commented on how delicious everything was. They are not an easily impressed crowd. The food was unpretentious but special and was very elegantly presented. Emily supported me in my aesthetic goal and the tone for the evening. Her server was lovely and was subtle coming in and out, replenishing and serving. My brand new kitchen was left spotless and everything was hand-washed or in the dishwasher. It was a beautiful evening. I would highly recommend Emily as a chef and her demeanor was as good as her food."
